Virgin Cocktails


Virgin Mary
 
Ingredients:
 
-7 oz. Tomato Juice (Juice)
-0.5 oz. Lemon Juice (Juice)
-0.125 tsp. Salt (Spices and Flavorings)
-0.125 tsp. Black Pepper (Spices and Flavorings)
-0.125 tsp. Celery Seed (Spices and Flavorings)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Combine Vodka, Tomato Juice,
Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, Celery Seed, Worcestershire, and Tabasco.
Shake well and strain into a Highball glass mostly filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with celery stick and lime wedg.


Alice cocktail
 
Ingredients:
 
-1 cl. Orange Juice (Juice)
-2 cl. Pineapple Juice (Juice)
-1 cl. Grenadine (Mixer)
-4 cl. Cream (Mixer)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Shake well, strain into a large cocktail glass.


Egg-nog - classic cooked

 
Ingredients:
 
-Cherry (Fruit)
-1/4 Sugar (Spices and Flavorings)
-1 Quart Milk (Mixer)

-1 tsp. Vanilla Extract (Spices and Flavorings)

Grapefruit and orange cocktail
 
Ingredients:
 
-2 cl. Orange Juice (Juice)
-6 cl. Grapefruit Juice (Juice)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Mix and stir with ice in a mixing glass, strain off into a large cocktail glass.

Grenadine cocktail
 
Ingredients:
 
-4 Orange Juice (Juice)
-4 Pineapple Juice (Juice)
-1 Grenadine (Mixer)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

The proportions are approximate, vary according to taste. Mix together,
serve with lots of ice.

Honey lemonade


Ingredients:
 
-1/2 Lemon Juice (Juice)
-2 Soda Water (Mixer)
-2 Honey (Mixer)

Place all ingredients in the blender jar - cover and whiz on medium speed
until well blended. Pour in one tall, 2 medium or 3 small glasses and drink up.

Hot lemonade

-2 Maple Syrup (Mixer)
-Cayenne Pepper (Spices and Flavorings)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Squeeze the juice of the lemon into a 10-oz. glass. Add maple syrup and a
dash of cayenne pepper. Fill with ice water. Stir. Drink.

Jungle juice

Orange cocktail

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Stir lemon juice and orange juice in a mixing glass, strain into a large  
cocktail glass.

Lemon squash


Ingredients:
 
-9 cl. Lemon Juice (Juice)
-Soda Water (Mixer)
-3 tsp. Simple Syrup (Mixer)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Mix lemon juice with sugar syrup in a long drink glass, stir well and fill up
with soda water. Serve with drinking straw.

Rhubarb syrup

Ingredients:
 
-2 Sugar (Spices and Flavorings)
-1 Water (Mixer)
-1 rhubarb (Fruit)
-2 rosewater (Mixer)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Remove strings from rhubarb, wash, and cut into 1/2" pieces. Wrap rhubarb
in cheesecloth and tie shut. Bring sugar and water to boil. Put cheesecloth
in the syrup and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes or until it thickens.
Remove cheesecloth, squeeze it to get the juice out. Pour syrup into a clean,
dry bottle and cork tightly. To mix add 1 part syrup to 3 parts water and add
2 ice cubes per person. Serve well chilled.

Rose de mai cocktail
 

Ingredients:
 
-3 cl. Pineapple Juice (Juice)
-7 cl. Cream (Mixer)
-2 tsp. Raspberry Syrup (Mixer)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Shake very well pineapple juice, raspberry fruit-syrup and cream with ice cubes.
Strain into a large cocktail glass.

Russian tea

 
Ingredients:
 
-16 oz. Orange Juice (Juice)
-8 oz. Pineapple Juice (Juice)
-3 Lemon Juice (Juice)
-1 Sugar (Spices and Flavorings)
-8 Water (Mixer)
-1 tsp. cloves (Spices and Flavorings)
-5 Tea Bag (Spices and Flavorings)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

First make tea in the water. Then add all the other stuff. SIMMER at least
1/2 hour. Makes a nice smell in the kitchen at Christmas parties.

Strawberry shivers

Cranberry juice cocktail


Ingredients:
 
-1/2 Sugar (Spices and Flavorings)
-2 Orange Slice (Garnish)
-Salt (Spices and Flavorings)
-5 Water (Mixer)
-1 Cranberries (Fruit)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Wash the cranberries and put them into a nonreactive saucepan with the water,
a pinch of salt and if you wish, the orange slices. Cook over medium heat
until all the berries burst -- about 10 minutes. Pour the fruit and liquid
into a cheesecloth-lined sieve. Strain the juice to the saucepan, add the
sugar and boil for two or three minutes. Taste and add more sugar if it is
needed. Cool and chill the juice before serving.

Egg cream
 
Ingredients:
 
6 oz. Club Soda (Mixer)
6 oz. Milk (Mixer)
2 tbs. Chocolate Syrup (Mixer)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Mix syrup and milk in a fountain glass. Add seltzer, serve with a straw.

Bloody driver
 
Ingredients:
 
-20 cl. Tomato Juice (Juice)
-2 cl. Orange Juice (Juice)
-4 Juice of Lime Juice (Juice)
-4 cl. Carbonated Water (Mixer)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

It's really important that the tomato juice is natural both in taste
andtemperature and thick and that the mineral water comes in last. With only
half of the glass with tomato juice, squeeze.

Innocent passion
 
Ingredients:
 
-1 dash Lemon Juice (Juice)
-Top With Club Soda (Mixer)
-4 oz. Passion Fruit Juice (Juice)
-1 dash Cranberry juice (Juice)

Add juice, grenadine, and bitters to old-fashioned glass with three to four
large ice cubes. Stir. Garnish with long twist of lime.

Tomato cooler

Ingredients:

-2 tbs. Lemon Juice (Juice)
-Top With Tonic Water (Mixer)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Combine ingredients over ice in a highball glass and top with tonic water.
Garnish with a wedge of lime, sprig of dill and cucumber slice.

Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend well. Pour into a collins glass.


BROOKE SHIELDS

Ingredients:
 
=1 tsp. Grenadine (Mixer)
=2 oz. Ginger Ale (Mixer)
=1 Orange Slice (Garnish)
=4 oz. Lemon Lime soda (Mixer)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Pour both sodas and the grenadine into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
Stir well and garnish with the orange slice.
 

CRANBERRY COOLER

Ingredients:
 
=2 oz. Grape Juice (Juice)
=2 oz. Lemon Lime soda (Mixer)
=4 oz. Cranberry juice (Juice)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Pour all ingredients except Soda into shaker. Fill a Highball glass almost full of ice
cubes, and dump ice into shaker. Shake well and pour drink into Highball glass. Add Soda,
stir well, and serve.

Ingredients:

=1/2 tsp. Grenadine (Mixer)
=1 Egg (Mixer)
=1 oz. Cranberry juice (Juice)

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well.
Strin into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes.

-Coca Cola (Mixer)
