The main entry requirement of obtaining a visa in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and its seven emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah) are that your passport is valid for at least 2-6 months before your arrival.

A visit visa applies to tourists who wish to spend more than 14 days in the UAE, whether it is to visit relatives or for business purposes. The categories given below identify whether an individual requires a visit visa before arrival or whether one can be issued to them at the airport or entry point.

LONDON visa info

 

Your passport must be valid for at least three months after your trip. Citizens of the EU may not need a passport to travel to England. A national identity card can suffice. Check with your travel agent or nearest British embassy.

 

Citizens of Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Africa and the USA do not need a visa for stays of up to three to six months. A ‘leave to enter’ will be given upon arrival. Hong Kong and Macau nationals with SAR passports do not need a visa.

 

Citizens of China, Taiwan, India and others need a visa to enter the UK. Visa regulations can always change, so it is wise to check with the nearest British embassy for current criteria.

 

Singapore visa info

 

Entry requirements for Americans: United States passport holders do not require a visa for travel to Singapore for a stay of up to 90 days, provided they obtain a free Social Visit Pass on arrival. Extensions are possible for a fee of S$40.

Entry requirements for UK nationals: British passport holders do not require a visa for travel to Singapore for a stay of up to 30 days, providing a free Social Visit Pass is obtained on arrival. Extensions are possible for a fee of S$40.

Entry requirements for Canadians: Canadian passport holders do not require a visa for travel to Singapore for a stay of up to 30 days, providing they obtain a Social Visit Pass on arrival. Extensions are possible for a fee of S$40.

Entry requirements for Americans: United States citizens require a passport, but no visa, for a stay of up to three months.

Entry requirements for UK nationals: British citizens must have a passport, but a visa is not required. British passports endorsed British National (Overseas), British Overseas Territories Citizen or British Subject with right of abode in the UK do not require a visa for stays of up to three months.

Passport/Visa Note: All visitors (except members of EEA and Switzerland) must hold return or onward tickets, all documents required for their next destination, and sufficient funds for maintenance during the period of their stay. The borderless region known as the Schengen area includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. All these countries issue a standard Schengen visa that has a multiple entry option that allows the holder to travel freely within the borders of all.
