Samsung launched its latest devices

The company launched its two new models, Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge Galaxy, during Mobile World Congress.

Mobile World Congress in Barcelona is considered the largest international trade show dedicated to mobile devices.

The devices from Samsung along with HTC One M9 are considered stars of the event, the new peaks in the segment of mobile phones. Through these models, Samsung has gone from plastics to a metallic look, opting for a phone with a uni-body construction that gives the impression of premium product, the first of its kind for the company. These models are more elegant than the previous ones, but this also comes with a price tag.

The new S series bring various updates, including Samsung Pay payment system and the first smartphones with Gorilla Glass 4, the most advanced protection system on the market. The payment system promises to be the most developed of its kind and accepted internationally.

The battery is also designed for longer use. Thanks to the implemented technology, the phone can be charged for 10 minutes, giving a range of up to 4 hours.

Samsung Galaxy S6 comes with a 5.1 inch screen and a 2K resolution, the equivalent of 2560x1440 pixels, a 16 megapixel camera and a sensor brighter than the previous. The camera can shoot 4K, bringing more quality images.

Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Galaxy Edge will be available starting April 10 in several colors.
