One of the main advices regards sugar and the right amount to consume. “Sugar is an inflammatory that’s responsible or contributes to a range of health problems from weight gain and heart disease to depression; by eliminating it from the diet often sees patients enjoy increased energy, vitality and endless health benefits,” says Dr. Helle.

You should also quit trans-fats and welcome Omega 3, the opposite of sugar. Omega 3 is a great anti-inflammatory, very useful in stabilising blood sugar levels and reducing the risk of heart attacks, strokes and heart diseases. It can also be used for a better skin and to increase energy.

Dr. Helle mentions seeing a chiropractor to assure your spine is in alignment, this leading to pain relief from migraines, back pain, arm pain, and shortness of breath. Also, give up on the tea and coffee and choose milk that contains proteins necessary for an energy boost.
