Vegetables and fruits that can be grilled

Most often we prefer grilled meat, but grilled fruits and vegetables can be just as tasty.

We can open our list with the most used grilled vegetables, namely, mushrooms. They have no fat and no sugar, being a natural source of fiber, B vitamins and essential fibers such as iron and potassium. Without adding more calories to your meal and seasoned with salt and pepper, stuffed with cheese or herbs, mushrooms are a healthy and tasty alternative for barbecue.

In this rainbow of vegetables we must not forget the red pepper, which can be easily turned into a salad or combined with meat. Pumpkins are also a gasket that can be prepared in minutes, adding only salt, pepper and a little olive oil. Grilled tomatoes, cut in half with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, represent a delight throughout the summer.

Corn does not contain gluten, making this cereal in its tasty grilled version suitable for any balanced diet.

In the fruit list we have peaches that can be combined with the steak but also eaten as dessert and avocado that stimulates the feeling of satiety and helps you get rid of snacks between meals. Grilled watermelon has a different taste, with aroma and sweetness intensified and grilled with vanilla ice cream and rum sauce is a delicious dessert.
