Calm voyage

Ingredients:
 
-2 tsps. Lemon Juice (Juice)
-1/2 oz. Light Rum (Liquor (White)
-1/2 Egg White (Mixer)
-1 tbs. Passion Fruit Syrup (Mixer)
-1/2 oz. Strega (Liqueur)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender and 
blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.



Calypso coffee

Ingredients:
 
-2 oz. Cream (Mixer)
-0.5 oz. Dark Rum (Liquor Dark)
-1.5 oz. Tia Maria (Liqueur)
-4 oz. Black Coffee (Mixer)

Drink Recipe Instruction:

Pour all ingredients, except the Cream into an Irish Coffee glass. Stir well. 
Carefully float the Cream on top of the drink.


Cameron's kick cocktail

Ingredients:
 
-2 dashes Orange Bitters (Spices and Flavorings)
-Juice of 1/4 Lemon (Fruit)
-3/4 oz. Irish Whiskey (Liquor (Dark)
-3/4 oz. Scotch (Liquor (Dark)

Ingredients:

Brainwave

Ingredients:
-1 oz. Amaretto (Liqueur)
-0.25 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream (Liqueur)
-0.5 oz. 151 Proof Rum (Liquor (Dark))

Drink Recipe Instruction:
Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour Rum and Amaretto into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass. Drop Bailey's into the middle of the drink. The Bailey's will clump in the bottom of the glass.

Brandy blazer

Ingredients:
-1 Lemon Twist (Garnish)
-1 Slice Orange (Fruit)
-2 oz. Brandy (Liquor (White))
-1 tsp. Granulated Sugar (Spices and Flavorings)

Drink Recipe Instruction:
In an old-fashioned glass, dissolve the sugar in brandy. Add the orange slice. Tilt the glass and carefully ignite the drink with a match. Stir with a long spoon until the flame is extinguished. Strain into a punch cup and garnish with the lemon twist.
